Balance Funding Group Inc. is a direct funder of merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing for established businesses. We deploy our own capital, underwrite in house, and price a file against the cash flow it actually produces — not against what a broker hopes it produces.
The Reconciliation
The person who reads your statements is the person who prices the deal, signs the wire instruction, and answers when you call back eight months later about a renewal. There is no submission desk between you and the capital, because the capital is ours.
That structure is the reason we can commit to a number and keep it. We are not waiting on a syndicate to confirm what we already told you.
Posting the Entry
Most files that arrive with complete statements before noon EST receive a written offer the same business day. The steps below are the whole process — there is nothing happening behind them.
Send the short application and your last three months of business bank statements. No hard credit pull at intake, no fee to apply, and no obligation to move forward once you see the terms.
We underwrite in house against deposit consistency, negative-balance days, existing exposure, and time in operation. You get a written term sheet showing factor rate, total payback, debit amount, frequency, and term length.
Countersign and capital typically wires inside 24 hours. The same team stays on the account for renewals, restructures, payoff figures, and every question that follows.
Chart of Accounts
A purchase of future receivables at a stated factor rate, repaid through an agreed debit against deposits. Priced and funded directly by us.
Longer-dated structures for businesses with steady deposit history, on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules rather than a daily pull.
Where the math genuinely works, we roll multiple active positions into one schedule so the business has a single debit and a single point of contact.
Existing accounts in good standing can renew ahead of term. Payoff figures are provided in writing on request, with no penalty for early settlement.
Short-dated capital sized to a specific buy or a known busy season, with a schedule written against when the business actually collects.
Capital that carries an operation through to a bank or SBA close. If your file is genuinely bankable, we will tell you so rather than write against it.
Application + 3 months of business bank statements · No fee, no hard pull
02 · Method
Underwriting is not a scorecard here. It is four people reading the same bank statements and agreeing on what the business can actually carry — then writing that number down and standing behind it.
Principles
Every dollar we deploy is our own. There is no syndicate to poll and no partner who can veto a deal after you have been told yes. That is why a number from this desk is a commitment rather than an indication, and why we can move on a file the same day it arrives.
FICO is one input and rarely the decisive one. We weight deposit consistency, average daily balance, negative-balance days, chargeback pattern, and time in operation far more heavily. A business with uneven credit and disciplined cash management gets a real read here.
A daily debit is not the right instrument for every operation. Where deposits are lumpy or seasonal, we write weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and size the payment against when collections actually land. A schedule that breaks in month three helps nobody.
If the file does not work, you hear that quickly and you hear why — what the statements showed, what would have to change, and roughly how long that takes. We would rather send you back with a usable answer than sit on a file to look busy.
Underwriting Worksheet
These are the lines that move a decision. Nothing on this list is a hard cutoff on its own — the file is read as a whole.
| Line Item | What It Tells Us | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly deposits | Gross revenue actually landing in the account, and how consistently it lands month over month. | High |
| Deposit count | Whether revenue arrives across many transactions or concentrates in a few large ones. | High |
| Negative days | How often the account goes negative in a month, and whether the pattern is improving or degrading. | High |
| Existing positions | Current exposure, remaining balances, and how much of daily revenue is already committed. | High |
| Time in operation | How long the business has been running under current ownership and structure. | Medium |
| Average daily balance | The cushion the account carries between deposits — the best single read on debit tolerance. | Medium |
| Industry | Collection cycle, seasonality, and chargeback exposure typical to the sector. | Medium |
| Credit profile | Considered, but rarely decisive. Strong, consistent deposits absorb a great deal. | Low |
Send it over · We will tell you in writing, either way
03 · Programs
Every program below is a commercial financing transaction funded directly by Balance Funding Group Inc. Ranges are published ranges — your file's actual pricing comes out of underwriting and arrives on a term sheet before anything is signed.
Product Schedule
The core product. We purchase a fixed dollar amount of future receivables at a stated factor rate, and recover it through an agreed debit against the business account. Best suited to operations with daily or near-daily deposit activity.
A longer-dated structure for businesses with established deposit history and a stable operating record. Payments are sized as an agreed amount on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule rather than a daily pull against the account.
For businesses carrying multiple active positions where the combined daily burden has outrun collections. Where the math genuinely works, we retire the existing schedules and write one position in their place. Where it does not, we say so.
Capital sized to a specific inventory buy, equipment need, or known busy season, with a schedule written against when that revenue is expected to collect. Short by design — the point is to be out of the way once the season clears.

04 · Qualifications
These bands are a guide, not a gate. Files straddle them constantly, and a strong deposit pattern moves a business up more often than a credit score moves it down. Send the statements and we will tell you exactly where you sit.

Index
We fund from our own balance sheet, and that is the entire answer. The person who quotes your deal is the person who approves it, signs the wire instruction, and picks up the phone when you call back. There is no submission desk, no syndication partner, and no third party wiring the money. One desk owns the file from intake through final payment.
Most files receive a same-day decision once the application and three months of business bank statements are in front of us. After you countersign the agreement, capital typically wires inside 24 hours. Files that arrive before noon EST have the best odds of a written offer the same business day.
No hidden fees. The term sheet shows the factor rate, total payback, debit amount, debit frequency, and term length before any signature is requested. We do not pull origination at funding and we do not adjust the schedule after the wire clears. The number quoted is the number wired.
The short application and your last three months of business bank statements. That is enough to get the file on the desk. There is no hard credit pull at intake and no application fee. Depending on the program and amount we may ask for a driver's license, a voided check, or a short clarifying call — and we will tell you exactly what is needed before we ask.
Yes. Stacked files are a normal part of our deal flow. Depending on revenue, current exposure, and deposit pattern we can sometimes consolidate active positions into a single schedule, or write alongside what is already there. We will read the whole picture and put honest options in front of you — including "wait six weeks," when that is the right answer.
No. Merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing are commercial transactions — a purchase of future receivables — not loans, and APR does not apply to them. What does apply is the factor rate and the total payback, both of which are stated in dollars on your term sheet before you sign. If you want the cost expressed a different way, ask and we will walk through the math with you.
No. Balance Funding Group Inc. funds businesses only, for business purposes only. We do not originate consumer loans, personal loans, personal debt consolidation, mortgages, or auto financing, and we do not refer applicants to anyone who does. If you are looking for personal credit, we are not the right desk.
No. We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you send us, and we do not submit your file to third-party funders or lead buyers. Your statements are read by our underwriting desk and nobody else. If you opt in to text messages, that consent stays with us and is never shared.
The same team that wrote the file. We do not disappear once the wire clears. Renewals, restructures, payoff figures, schedule questions, settlement requests — all of it routes to the underwriter who knows your account. One team, no ticket queue.
Question not covered? Ask. You get a straight answer.

09 · Transparency
You should know exactly what a transaction costs before you sign one. Here is a clean breakdown of our products, our pricing ranges, and the regulatory frame they sit inside.
Balance Funding Group Inc. funds revenue-based and merchant cash advance products directly from our own balance sheet, to businesses, for business purposes. We do not broker SBA loans, we do not refer files to bank lenders, we do not shop your application to third-party syndicators, and we do not earn referral fees.
We do not originate consumer loans, personal loans, personal debt-consolidation loans, mortgages, or auto financing. Nothing we fund is intended for personal, family, or household use.
If your operation needs a long-amortizing bank product, your bank is the right call — not us. We will say that, plainly, if the file points that direction.
All transactions are subject to in-house underwriting review and approval. Not all applicants will qualify. Final pricing and term length are determined by file-level underwriting and depend on factors including but not limited to monthly revenue, deposit frequency, negative-balance days, time in business, existing exposure, and credit profile.
Balance Funding Group Inc. does not guarantee approval, pricing, or term length to any applicant prior to underwriting review. Quoted offers are valid for the period stated on the term sheet and are subject to standard documentary verification before funding.
Advance amounts, factor rates, and term ranges shown on this Site are published ranges for illustration. They are not an offer, a commitment to fund, or a representation of the terms any particular applicant will receive.
